DIRECTIONS COMING FROM THE NORTH:

1. Drive I-95 south from Philadelphia or N.J. Stay on I-95 or I-495 southbound through Wilmington, DE. Get off I-95 at Exit 4A (Routes 1 & 7, Christiana Mall Road south) and follow signs toward DE Route 1 south (Dover/Seashore Points).
2. Stay on DE-1 South following signs to the DE Beaches. Pay two $1 tolls. The distance from I-95 exit 4A to the (2nd) toll booth is 38 miles. The remainder of the trip is 50 miles south on DE Route 1. Travel past the Dover Air Force base.
3. Stay on DE Route 1 south. Drive through Lewes and Rehoboth Beach and its numerous outlet shopping areas. Don’t stop & shop. In season this segment may be agonizingly slow. While in Dewey Beach watch your speed. Proceed south through the Delaware Seashore State Park to the Indian River Inlet Bridge.
4. From the top of the Indian River Inlet Bridge, travel 1.4 mile. Make a left at the Tower Shores sign onto Bay Road. Bay Road ends at Ocean Road. Turn right and Ocean Spirit, 29181 Ocean Road, Unit #3 is on your left. Check out the ocean.

  DIRECTIONS COMING FROM Washington & Baltimore

1. Take US-50 East/US-301N over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge.
2. Merge onto US-50 East/Ocean Gateway toward Ocean City, MD
3. Turn left onto MD-404/Queen Anne Hwy and continue for 33 miles.
4. Turn right onto US-13 South (Sussex Hwy).
5. Turn left onto DE-404 (Seashore Hwy) and continue for 11 miles.
6. Turn right onto US-113 South (Dupont Blvd).
7. Turn left onto DE-26 (Atlantic Ave, then Garfield Pkwy) toward Bethany Beach.
8. Turn left onto DE-1 North (Delaware Ave) and travel north for 3.2 miles.
9. Turn right onto Admiral Road.
10. Admiral Road ends at Ocean Road. Turn left and Ocean Spirit Unit #3 is on your right.
